Behind the Academy
I spent 8 years completing an Islamic religious scholar course under Mufti Taqi Usmani, covering Arabic language, Hadith, Tafseer, Fiqh, and more. The kind of foundation most online teachers simply do not have.
Travelling through Germany, Italy, Spain, and Singapore, I saw the same reality everywhere. Muslim kids growing up far from their religion, with no real access to quality Islamic education that actually spoke to them.
That made one thing clear. There had to be a better way. But Muslim families had two options: mosque classes their kids found boring and disconnected, or flashy apps that taught zero spiritual depth. Neither was good enough.
So I built Iqra Connect. A real academy with certified teachers, structured lessons, and a method that works for both the child raised in Birmingham and the professional in Dubai trying to finally understand the Quran. Interactive. Personal. Built for the modern Muslim family, wherever they are in the world.
